* To learn languages it's best to practise a little bit often (ideally 10/15 minutes a day). Practice doesn't have to be boring though! Use the games and resources online to build up your confidence.
* Languages are meant to be spoken. Practise with people (it doesn't matter so much if your family doesn't speak French or Spanish, get them involved and checking what you are saying).
* Use your booklets to check spelling and accuracy, grammar rules and verbs. Look out for examples of texts.
* Think your pronunciation needs some work? Use the sound files on this website, and videos on You Tube to improve your pronunciation. Don't worry, we do not expect you to speak perfectly. French people love listening to a British accent (trust me, it's lovely!) and remember, you are LEARNING!!! So be kind on yourself.
